Ordering
Simply share the product URL or image from any Korean shopping site through our order form. You can also describe the product if you don't have a link. We'll verify availability and send you a detailed quote within 24 hours.
We can purchase almost anything available in Korea - electronics, fashion, beauty products, food, K-POP merchandise, and more. The only exceptions are prohibited items like weapons, medications, and flammable materials.
No minimum order amount! Whether you want one item or many, we're happy to help. Our minimum service fee is $5.
Yes! You can include items from multiple Korean stores in a single order. We'll combine them and ship together to save on shipping costs.
Payment
We accept PayPal and cryptocurrency payments including USDT (TRC-20), USDC (TRC-20), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin (BTC). Crypto payments allow for fast, secure transactions without currency conversion fees.
Our service fee is 10% of the product price (minimum $5). There's an additional 5% payment processing fee, making the total 15%. This includes quality inspection and professional packaging - no hidden costs!

After payment confirmation, we typically ship within 3-5 business days. International delivery via DHL Express usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Warehouse & Storage
Yes! We offer free storage for up to 7 days. This allows you to combine multiple purchases into one shipment and save on shipping.
After the 7-day free period, storage costs $10 per week. Maximum storage period is 30 days, after which items may need to be shipped or returned.
Simply request to hold items in our warehouse. Once all your items arrive, we'll combine them into one package and recalculate the shipping cost. This usually results in significant savings!
Other
We inspect all items before shipping and document everything with photos. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
You can cancel before we purchase the item for a full refund. Once purchased, cancellation depends on the seller's return policy. Some fees may apply.
