Korea One Trading provides purchasing agency services for products available in South Korea. We act as an intermediary between you and Korean sellers to purchase, inspect, package, and ship products to your specified address.

Our fee structure is as follows:

All fees are included in your quote. There are no hidden charges. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are determined by destination country customs.

5. Payment

We accept PayPal and cryptocurrency payments (USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC). Payment must be completed before we proceed with purchasing your items. Quotes are valid for 24 hours from issuance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Korea One Trading acts as a purchasing agent. We are not responsible for product quality issues from manufacturers, shipping delays beyond our control, customs seizures, or duties and taxes. We carry insurance for items in our warehouse and during shipping through DHL.

9. Warehouse Storage

Free storage is provided for 7 days from item arrival. After 7 days, storage fees of $10/week apply. Maximum storage period is 30 days. Items not shipped or claimed after 30 days may be disposed of.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
